About

KremeFresh is the electronic music project of Sven Oliver Kremers and Christopher Hüsen — two longtime friends connected through club culture, production and electronic music.

What started with shared passion, technical curiosity, vinyl, samplers and countless studio nights slowly evolved into a sound shaped by two very different musical personalities.

Sven is drawn towards atmosphere, emotional movement, vocals and the art of rediscovering forgotten musical moments through samples, melodies and textures. Chris approaches music more minimalistic and groove-focused, driven by hypnotic rhythms, reduced melodic structures and raw club energy.

Both share a deep love for sampling culture, but from completely different angles. And somewhere exactly between those worlds, KremeFresh was born.

Their sound moves between House, Tech House and Techno, combining warm grooves, driving rhythms and old-school-future aesthetics without forcing itself into a specific formula or trend.

Over more than three decades, the duo played clubs and festivals such as Ministry of Sound London, Space Ibiza, Nature One, Ruhr in Love and Electric City, while continuously developing projects, remixes and collaborations around electronic music culture.

Alongside projects like KFJ and Imperial Metrics, KremeFresh remains their purest and most direct musical connection: a space focused on groove, movement and authentic club energy.

Now, after years behind the scenes, a new wave of KremeFresh releases is finally emerging. The upcoming EP "3rd Rebirth" reflects exactly what KremeFresh has always been about:

Timeless electronic music, built from contrast, friendship, groove and instinct.

Our DJ Sound

À La Quatre

KremeFresh began long before laptops, sync buttons and streaming playlists.

When we were 13 and 14 years old, everything started with a small mixer, two turntables and an endless curiosity for electronic music. We spent our weekends collecting records, watching DJs, experimenting with equipment and learning that a great set is never just a collection of tracks.

As our setup grew, so did our ambition. One living room became our laboratory: four turntables, dual CD players for loops and vocals, effects units, recorders and cables everywhere. We would spend entire weekends crafting a single two-hour mix.

Those sessions became our first mixtape series: À La Quatre — a play on the French à la carte and the four turntables at the heart of our setup. Recorded live onto BASF Chrome 120m cassette tapes, duplicated one by one on double cassette decks and passed from hand to hand, they became our first releases long before social media or streaming existed.

That mindset has never changed.

We prepare ideas, not playlists. We build journeys, not track lists. Every performance starts with a plan but follows the energy of the crowd. Sometimes minimal driving acid basslines, sometimes deep "Schranz" grooves, sometimes exclusive edits and productions created especially for that moment.

More than three decades later, we still believe the best nights can't be programmed.

They have to be lived.
